The RDT 1000 and ThunderStorm Instrument Support Agreement provides unlimited remote and on-site response for all emergency repairs and includes: unlimited labor and travel, replacement parts, replacement consumables, software revisions, and preventative maintenance.
Contract includes unlimited telephone support through our Technical Support Hotline with 4 business-hour telephone response; unlimited remote technical service via our Internet control interface; and unlimited on-site emergency visits with 2 business day on-site emergency response. Support is available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
Included in every support agreement is one preventative maintenance visit per year, scheduled as necessary during the term of agreement. The visit will include verification testing of merge efficiency, pump performance, and automation accuracy, plus any necessary recalibrations and component replacements.
